Install KickBet on Android

Follow these steps to install the app on your Android phone. If you already installed an older version, uninstall it first so the new icon and updates take effect.

Just published an update? Reinstall — Android caches the old icon and bundle until the previous version is removed.

    Uninstall the old app

    Long-press the existing KickBet icon on your home screen → Uninstall. This clears the cached version Android keeps next to the icon.

    Clear Chrome site data

    Open Chrome → menu (⋮) → Settings → Site settings → All sites → kickbet.cash → Clear & reset. This removes the old service worker and icon cache.

    Open kickbet.cash in Chrome

    Use Chrome directly — not the in-app browser inside Telegram, Instagram or TikTok. Those browsers cannot install PWAs.

    Tap Install app

    Open the Chrome menu (⋮) and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen). Confirm in the popup. The new KickBet icon will appear on your home screen.

Still not working?

  • No Install button: refresh once or twice while online — Chrome only shows it after the manifest loads. Make sure the URL is kickbet.cash, not a preview link.
  • Icon looks broken or cropped: this happens with an outdated cached icon. Repeat step 1 and 2, then reinstall — the new maskable icon will render correctly.
  • Still failing? Restart Chrome, ensure Android System WebView is up to date in Google Play, then try again.
